Had the best time training Molly Sims for this video featured on her website - mollysims.com. We did a HIT workout with Pilates movement designed to help burn fat, sculpt and tone the body.
In any of my workouts, I want you to feel good, so listen to your body! You may have a stronger and weaker side. Be sure to keep your movements fluid, avoid crunching and locking out joints. Focus on lengthening and moving from your core.
