Burn fat, sculpt and tone your muscles in this 20 MINUTE FULL BODY HIIT + SCULPT combining pilates principles and movements with HIIT. You only need a mat, your body and your mind. One minute of each exercise, ten second break in between exercises. For an extra burn, you can use light weights (2lbs -5lbs). Ending with an intense none stop abs sequence. Have fun!
