This 8 minute follow along warm-up and dynamic stretching routine is designed to prime your entire body for any training session , whether you're lifting, doing HIIT, or heading into a functional workout. The focus is on purposeful movements that increase mobility, activate key muscle groups, and gradually elevate your heart rate.
The session begins with dynamic stretches to mobilize the shoulders, spine, hips, and hamstrings, areas commonly restricted from daily life or previous training. In the second half, the routine transitions into cardio-based dynamic movements to safely raise your core temperature, increase circulation, and mentally prepare your body for high-performance training.
