In this simple video, we're going to discuss the different steps you need to take to breathe correctly and easily. We'll also explain the effects of incorrect breathing on your body, and how to correct it. By the end of this video, you'll know how to breathe correctly and easily!
There are many breathing theories and techniques, which causes confusion and frustration as you might wonder how you should breathing. Breathing is actually much simpler than you think. I share my thoughts on correct breathing, optimal breathing, how it's related to posture and movement.
