Hello Everyone! Hope you had all had a fantastic week!
A little updated day in the & push session to just guide you through where things are sitting at the moment! My push day is my lowest day of training day food (compared to pull & legs) as naturally my energy demands are lower on these days. But I think its important to show what that looks like to demonstrate what is simply needed to be in a good, productive surplus. Growing is not about eating as much food as you physically can, its about eating ENOUGH to put YOUR body in a sufficient surplus. Gaining too fast or too slow will do you no good - so you need to work with your own needs.
