Welcome friends!
Today I’m offering a 45 minute all levels yoga class with lots of modifications and options to help find the shapes that work for you. We'll gradually warm up the body and get deeper into our muscles, ending in a nice long splits stretch to work our way to a full Hanumanasana splits pose in time. Props are always optional but always encouraged, so grab a few blocks if you have them, find a quiet place to settle in, and let's flow our way to some wonderful stretches!
My hope is to offer a wide selection of yoga classes at various levels to help you establish a regular home yoga practice, so repeat this video as often as you like, or explore others! But either way, let your time on the mat be only for you! Remind yourself of how strong and beautiful you are, just as you are. You’ve got this, let’s go!
