Get ready to shake and quake while we build strength and balance through this challenging flow!
Today I’m offering a 45 minute vinyasa class with a little bit of everything. We'll start seated to first connect with the breath, then gently build up intensity as we listen to our bodies. All poses are optional, with plenty of modifications offered, so get ready to find the right shapes for you as we connect with our breath and move with intention!
Props are always optional but always encouraged, so grab a few blocks if you have them, find a quiet place to settle in, and let's flow our way to some wonderful stretches!
