Here's an insight into Patrick Tuor's SST training. We're back in Future Fitness Glasgow, getting an intense back & traps session in.
Greg is 6 weeks out from the 2 Bros British and is looking on point to bring his best look yet (which is insane considering his 2019 outing!)
Exercise order;
Prime close grip pulldown - 3 cluster sets (4 sets of 5 reps - 10 seconds between each set) - 75 seconds between cluster sets
Bent over BB row - Rest pause
Dumbbell row - 10 sets of 3 reps - 15 seconds between sets, 20 seconds after set 5
Plate loaded pulldowns - 2 sets 8-12 - 2 drops with varying tempo of the negative and positive
Rope pulldowns - 3 sets - 9 reps - Middle 3 reps have 6 second positives
