God Of War Bodyweight Workout | Training Like Kratos (Follow Along)

Join me, Spence Crosby in this God Of War bodyweight workout video. We will be training like the legend himself Kratos. This how to train like Kratos video is how I think he would train when using only his bodyweight. These bodyweight exercises will work to improve your strength, endurance, mobility and help you build muscle overall. No equipment is needed for this God Of War workout. Just follow along with me as we will train like Kratos.

Kratos is a Demigod who is from Sparta, who was a champion of God Ares. However, Ares tricked him into destroying a village that was also the home of his wife and daughter. This incident led to Kratos to accidentally murdering his wife and daughter. Ravaged by this event, Kratos then went on a mission to avenge his family by killing the God Ares.

After killing Ares, Kratos was rewarded by the gods to become
the new God of War. Eventually, Kratos gets betrayed by the Gods and this betrayal sends Kratos on another revenge mission to kill Zeus. In the midst of this mission, Kratos finds out his father is actually Zeus. Nonetheless, Kratos kills his father Zeus and the entire pantheon of Gods.

After those events, Kratos attempts to start a new life by finding a new lover and eventually has a son named Atreus. Eventually, Kratos and Atreus ends up battling another God named Baldur. Kratos and his son defeat and kills Baldur. After Baldurs death ,this leads to a new journey…called the God of War Ragnarök. So let's build muscle and strength using only our bodyweight and get like Kratos!!
