UPPER & LOWER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING CIRCUIT - Looking for an at home weight training workout or follow along weight training workout that will build strength and killer lean muscle?

This upper & lower body strength split circuit workout is perfect for you, if you can't get to the gym, have minimal equipment at home but still want to sculpt and strengthen.

With this follow along strength training workout for women, I guarantee you'll get real results without having to leave the house.

There are two circuits that make up this full body strength circuit workout. Complete the following sets on each exercise before moving onto the next
Set 1: 45/15
Set 2: 45/15
Set 3: 60/30

There is also a bonus Booty & Ab circuit, so grab your Mini Band (Optional)
and complete 3 sets of 30 seconds work/15 seconds rest on each exercise before moving onto the next.

To complete this follow along weight training workout at home, you'll need a variety of weighted Dumbbells + mini band (Optional) for the Bonus booty and abs circuit. I used 3 + 5 + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level
