FAT BURNING CARDIO & STRENGTH HIIT WITH WEIGHTS - Looking for a full body cardio & strength workout that will build strength, fitness and killer lean muscle?

This 60 minute cardio & strength circuit is perfect if you can't get to the gym, but still want to sculpt and strengthen.

With this total body cardio & strength workout , I guarantee you'll get real results without having to leave the house.

There are six circuits that make up this workout. Complete 2 Rounds of each of the following circuits.
Circuit 1: 40/20
Circuit 2: 50/10
Circuit 3: 40/20
Circuit 4: 50/10
Circuit 5: 40/20
Circuit 6: 50/10
Bonus Core: 40/20

To complete this full body cardio & strength workout , you'll need a variety of weighted Dumbbells. I used 3 + 5 + 8kg dumbbells but you may want to work with something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
