50g Dried Shrimp 50克 虾米
30g Shiitake mushroom, strips 30克 香菇, 切条
5 Shallots 5粒 小葱头, 切片
3 Garlic, 5粒 蒜头, 切碎
3 cups Water 3杯 水

Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Pepper 1茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
