60 MIN NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUT - Blast fat and strengthen your entire body with this no equipment full body workout at home. You don't need any equipment at all to complete this workout but if you do have access to a chair, sofa, bench or box, keep it close by. If not, don't worry! I'll show you alternatives for all those moves anyway!
There are 2 Circuits that make this full body bodyweight workout. Complete each exercise 2 x through before moving onto the next. 45 secs work/15 secs rest.
