■Chicken ham (serves 2-3)
[Ingredients]
2 chicken breast slices, 2 packs of radishes, a little black pepper, a moderate amount of whole grain mustard
A (2 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar) *Total amount for both sides
B (1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp gochujang, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp white sesame)
[How to make]
① Peel the chicken, remove the tendons and excess fat, open it with a knife to make it of uniform thickness, and make several vertical cuts.
Rub A on both sides and leave at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
② Roll it into a roll, wrap it in a double layer of plastic wrap, and then wrap it in aluminum foil.
③ Place in a frying pan or pot of boiling water
Boil over low heat for about 5 minutes.

④ Turn off the heat, cover, and leave for about 30 minutes.

Remove from the water and allow to cool slightly.
⑤ Remove the roots of the sprouts and cut them in half

Cut ④ into bite-sized pieces and serve
