Full Workout on One Machine - Cable Shoulders and Back
The cable machine can be a great option if you're traveling, as many hotel gyms will have it. It's so versatile, as you'll see in this video. You can also do a variety of lower body and abs exercises on it as well. If you're in a time crunch, doing all of the exercise in one place can afford a lot of time saving and allow you to get an effective workout in. And if you're injured, the cables can provide a stable option for training that doesn't involve lugging weights around, bearing weight on your feet, or needing a spotter. I call that a workout win!
One station back and shoulder workout
1. Z press
2. Kneeling pulldown
3. Kneeling low to high row w/ext rotation
4. Kneeling lateral raise
5. Seated high row
