From the Last Supper till the Cross Part 1, with Joel D. Weinberg

What really happened at Gethsemane? How would his disciples have understood his words (if they didn't fall asleep....). What happened when Judas betrayed Jesus. Where was the trial and what happened there? Does the story coincide with the traditions of those days. Is the via Dolorosa biblical or an invention of the Catholic Church? We will visit all the locations mentioned in the various Gospels and try to understand the story as Jesus disciples understood it.

Joel D. Weinberg is a Rabbinical Jew who is dedicated to teaching the New Testament to Jews and Judaism to Christians. He is well trained in Biblical interpretations, Theology, and Middle Eastern affairs (MA from Hebrew University - Jerusalem). He was a guest lecturer on the topic of Judaism at Lund University (Sweden), Harvard University (USA), University of Oxford (UK) and many other renowned universities around the world.
