About the video:
There's a lot of conflicting information on whether 10% body fat is sustainable all year round. Many will say they're able to maintain 6-8% body fat all year round naturally, but it's usually the case that they're at a high body fat % and their estimates are off. (or they are not natural).

The real question is not whether you can sustain 10% body fat all year round, but should you do that as a natural lifter especially if it's your first time getting to that low body fat level.

In this video I share my experience as someone who's been between 8% body fat and 15% body fat as well as maintained 10% body fat so you can make a better decision what to do.

I hope that this video helps you avoid some of the typical fat loss mistakes and that you'll be able to make better progress long term.
