I decided to get a new, smaller fermenter for doing experiments why not, so might as well christen it with a smash (ie. Single Malt and Single Hop brew), right? Well, I've been thinking about doing a munich smash for a while but have been hesitant because munich is a stroooong malt so if it was too much I didn't want to have to drink my way through 27 litres of it. 12 though? I can manage that! Throw in some cascade and you got yourself a stew! Erm, brew.
