🌞 Welcome to your practice!
You can start only with Sun Salutation A, then skip ahead to the breathing section and finish with Savasana — a very important resting pose. Once you feel more comfortable, try adding Sun Salutation B.
When you watch the video again, focus on listening to my voice rather than looking at the screen — it’s better for your focus (and your neck will thank you 😄).
Remember, if the strength or flexibility isn’t there yet, that’s totally okay. It all comes with time and consistent practice.
Notice how you feel after your first few Sun Salutations compared to your fifth or tenth — maybe a little lighter, calmer, or more grounded ✨
