Butter 130g (½ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Plain flour 180g (1 cup, 4 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Caramel Essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Chocolate chips 100g (½ cup)
Caramel fudge pieces (About a handful)

The following is Only Optional:
Caramel sauce 75ml (about 1/2 cup)

A little Chopped Nuts

Homemade Caramel Sauce:
Sugar 50g (1/4 cup)
Butter 10g (2 teaspoons)
Heavy cream/ Double cream 40ml (about 3 tablespoons)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 50-55 minutes
