Trying to maintain a weight loss of over 30 pounds can be challenging as a working mom. But an SOS-free, WFPB lifestyle makes it much easier to keep a lean, healthy body. I also have a number of systems and strategies I have learned to put into place to keep the weight off in a healthy, low-stress manner. In this video, I walk you through everything I ate, my morning routine, the struggles I experienced with my toddler, and my workout. I display prepping techniques for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to provide the maximum amount of nutrition with a low number of calories. Calory density is a principle I follow closely to maintain my weight loss for the past two years. There are a number of other helpful, strategies I put into place inside the video to show you how I keep up a lean weight without calorie restriction. Many of the principles and strategies I use are taken from books like The China Study by Dr. T. Colin Campbell, The Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall, The Pleasure Trap by Dr. Lisle & Dr. Goldhamer, Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, & How Not to Diet by Dr. Greger.
