Going vegan is no easy task. You have to figure out what to eat, how to cook it, and how to eat differently on social occasions. You even have to deal with the bloating and other unpredictable shifts that occur in your body when drastically changing your diet. In this video, I reveal how I was able to help a friend navigate a 30-day vegan challenge. She expresses her ups and downs along her journey, as well as some great advice for my viewers.
