Getting Stronger and Improving Your Stamina doesn't have to be complicated - as today's Strength Workout shows us. We will actually be using only 1 Dumbbell to perform each of the moves, working on our Right Side for Round 1 and then our Left Side for Round 2. This is a Great Way to work on our Muscular Imbalances or our Weaker Side, as it has to Move Independently. We even have some Amazing Tummy Exercises included with today's Strength Exercises.
