The best way to improve your posture is to train your Erector Spinae muscles of the back.
This requires daily conscious effort to sit up tall at your desk and also whilst you are standing.
The more you practise this habit, the better you will get at it and the more automatic it will become.
It is also vitally important that your desk screen height is set so that your eyes are orientated in the middle of the screen when sitting up straight and looking directly forward.
