Hi all. Im updating my conditioning vids with progress and more info for you all.
This is iron hand training using a driveway brick ( nice and dense).
This sort of striking is after many months on iron bag,, by all means try but go easy on your hands. yes funny that i should say that.
It is important to note that this must be done regularly, so the force you see me using in this vid is a force i can use daily with little to no damage.. Not just a 1 off demo, because thats not true iron hand.
My only goal is to spread the word of real iron training. No tricks or secrets. Great bunch of people too.
