Complete burning Kettlebell workout! each movement is for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest. One round has 10 exercises in, once the 10 are done you get a 2 minute rest between each round. 2 rounds to complete for the full 20 minute workout.
If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.
