This week we're targeting the upper-body using Wall Bars - I know not everyone has access to these - but I know many people who see them at the gym or at their studio would like some more ideas on what to do on them!
I've really focused on shoulder stability in this one and was definitely feeling it at the end of the first round! Take your time - watch your technique and let me know how you get one!
