During my first trimester, the 30-minute workouts started to feel like a bit too much, so I decided to listen to my body and slow down. This new Pregnancy Fitness Series follows my pregnancy journey, with shorter, effective 15-minute workouts (at least during the 1st trimester..) that focus on strength, mobility, and supporting your body’s natural rhythm through every stage.
