I put together this 10 Minute POISED Ab Workout No Equipment | Brutal Ab Challenge to push your abs to the limit while keeping things simple with just bodyweight. 🔥 No equipment needed, just your mat and determination!

We’ll be working in 40 seconds on and 5 seconds off format, giving just enough time to switch moves. Every exercise is designed to challenge your abs, obliques, and overall core stability and I’ll be right there with you for every rep. 💪

Remember, adjust the intensity to fit your level. If you need a quick break, take it, then jump back in when you’re ready. The goal is consistency and control, not rushing.

This workout works perfectly as a standalone ab session, a finisher after strength training, or even on an active rest day paired with some mobility.
