It's basketball lower body training to increase jump, but this workout is going to be great for any sport that involves jumping or explosive and power movements, especially volleyball to increase jump height. We do some plyos to increase jump height focusing on force production, and then we get into the strength and power training lift, doing some explosive trap bar high pulls, split stance trap bar squats, and other lower body power movements to increase jump ability.
