Disclaimer: Keep in mind that we cannot spot-reduce fat, meaning we can't choose specific areas to lose fat from. However, to achieve fat loss, I recommend the following:
Stay in a calorie deficit
Cardio/HIIT training (I often refer to these as fat-burning workouts)
Resistance and muscle-targeted workouts. Focus on strengthening and developing specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other workouts available on my channel so you can choose what best fits your needs, not just to build a strong body but also to feel amazing.
Remember, every body is different, and we all progress at different paces. Just showing up and finishing this workout is amazing. You should be proud of taking the steps to improve both your physical and mental health.
The key to achieving your fitness and health goals is consistency and healthy lifestyle changes, no restrictions. I don’t believe in fad diets—just eat nutritious food, move your body, smile, and enjoy the journey!
