🏋️ 30-Min Full Body Cardio HIIT Workout — mix of STRENGTH and CARDIO Supersets for maximum build & burn!
💪🏼 My Weights: 2 x 5kg (11lbs)
⏱️ Intervals: 40s on, 20s off twice through each superset (30s rest between unique supersets)
✅ Warm Up & Cool Down included

DBL swings
Db grabs

Power burpee
Curtsy to squat to kick (L)

Alt snatch/clean
