This variation of the classic hamstring curl helps to build strength, muscular size, and endurance. Decline hamstring curls using a dumbbell is a great home gym alternative to the hamstring curl machine you'd normally find at the gym. Place a dumbbell between your feet and use both legs to bend the knee and curl up.
