需要2个6寸圆形烤模,1个长方形烤模(長20cm x 寬10cm x 高6cm):
1. 制作波兰种酵头材料:
高筋麵粉: 150g
水: 150g
酵母: 1.5g
2. 製作主麵團材料:
高筋面粉: 400g
波蘭種: 250g (做好的波蘭種也可以全部都放進去 )
白砂糖: 20g
鹽: 4g
草莓果醬: 100g
酸奶: 220g (可以用210g牛奶或者水替代)
無鹽黃油: 40g
3.坚果(可选)
葡萄干: 100g
松籽仁:50g
放入預熱好的烤箱,攝氏200度/華氏400度, 先烤20分鐘,
20分鐘後,去掉錫箔紙,調低烤箱溫度至攝氏170度/華氏350度, 再烤15-18分鐘。
We need two 6-inch round baking molds and one rectangular baking mold(L 20cm x W 10cm x h 6cm):
1.Make A Pre-ferment Poolish Starter Dough Ingredients:
Bread flour: 150g
Water: 150g
Instant yeast: 1.5g
2. Make A Main Dough Ingredients:
Bread flour: 400g
Poolish Starter: 250g(you can put all the Poolish Starter that you made into it)
Sugar: 20g
Salt: 4g
Strawberry jam: 100g
Yogurt: 220g (It can be replaced by 210g milk or water)
Unsalted butter: 40g
3.Dry Fruits & Nuts (Optional)
Raisins: 100g
Pine nuts:50g
Bake in preheated oven at 200℃ / 400℉ for 20 min,
After 20 minutes, remove the tinfoil and lower the oven temperature at 170℃ / 350℉ for 15-18 min.
