Ingredients:
200g of Rice vermicelli(meehoon)
White cabbage or your favorite vegetables
Soup ingredients:
2 handful of Anchovies (can replace with chicken bone)
2 pcs of Pork bones
1 whole Garlic
1 stalk of Green onion
Ginger slices
2tsp of white peppercorn
2 Star Anise
3 Bay leave
6 pcs of red dates
1 tbs of vegetable oil
(This can be your steamboat soup too)
Pork meat Marinated Sauce:
1 tsp of soy sauce
1/3 tsp of salt
1/3 tsp of sugar
1/3 tsp of white pepper
1/4 sesame oil
1 tsp of cornstarch
Minced pork Marinated Sauce:
1 tbs of oyster sauce
1 tbs of soy sauce
1/3 tsp of white pepper
1/4 sesame oil
1 tbs of cornstarch
