Chair yoga for Pain Relief. Our issues live in our tissues, if we don't move our body through the stress cycle, we're likely storing energy like stress and tension. That later shows up as anxiety, chronic pain or overall dis-ease or disease. This gentle full body seated yoga includes gentle movement to reset your nervous system and help to release the residues of yesterday so that we can move with more ease.
Therapeutic yoga supports mind-body healing, a regular yoga practice helps you regulate your nervous system through awareness, breathwork and gentle movement.
