Want to walk better and for longer distances? Most people think that treadmills and/or stationary bikes are the best way to achieve that goal, but the truth is; they are not!
In this week's video, we're going to guide you through an actual workout session that you can do to strengthen your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes so you can walk farther, better, faster, and stronger!
For the best results, execute this session 1-3 times per week with always 48 hours in between to allow yourself to FULLY RECOVER.
