This is a grand form to practice to either strengthen the joints/sinews of the shoulders, elbows, and wrists, or to assist in healing them.
I like to use a variety of levels and variations along with Dragon Lunge, Seated Step, Horse Stance, Tactical Lunge, etc.
We are using 50" Staffs.
I frequently use the Coiling Snake as a stand-alone movement snack, a warm-up, or a cool-down.
