The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson, together with the KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Public Works and Infrastructure, Martin Meyer, are in St Michaels, under the Ray Nkonyeni Local Municipality, for a Ministerial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement Ceremony and the handover of 15 properties.
The handover of the properties situated on the Admiralty Reserves marks a significant milestone in advancing government’s efforts to unlock economic opportunities through the release of state-owned land. This initiative will enable long-term leases for tourism-related enterprises, stimulate local investment, and contribute to job creation within the region.
