This Chocolate Pot Cake Is So Easy – No Oven, No Mixer, Just a Spoon!

This easy chocolate cake is cooked in a pot on the stovetop — no oven needed and completely eggless.
It’s made without a mixer, milk, butter, or yogurt, yet this chocolate cake turns out incredibly soft, moist, and delicious 🍫
This simple pot chocolate cake is perfect for anyone looking for a budget-friendly homemade dessert using basic ingredients and spoon measurements only.
Ingredients:

• 125g flour (8 tbsp)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ⅛ tsp salt
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 50 ml vegetable oil (8 tbsp)
• 20 tbsp lukewarm water (1)
• 5 tbsp lukewarm water (2)
• 2 tsp baking powder (10g)
• 100g sugar (7 tbsp)

Chocolate Sauce:

• 5 tbsp dark chocolate
• 5 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp water

Instructions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add lukewarm water (1), oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and whisk well.
3. Add lukewarm water (2), then add the vinegar at the end and mix just until combined.
4. Pour the batter into a pot.
5. Cover and cook over low heat until the cake is fully cooked.

Chocolate Sauce Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate and oil using a double boiler.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the cake and serve.
