Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts

Instructions:

Toast walnuts; set aside.

Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar together.

Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet.

Fold in oats, cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts.

Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Scoop 1 1/2 Tbsp dough balls onto a baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden brown.

Cool and enjoy!
