Welcome to this magical 20-minute Feel-Good Yin Yoga session✨, dedicated to releasing tension and tightness in the shoulders and hips. In this gentle practice, we'll hold each pose for approximately 2 minutes, allowing you to sink into the stretches, unwind, and find a sense of deep relaxation.
We will move through poses such as thread the needle, drangonfly, sleeping swan, supine butterfly.
