Lets do 5000 steps in half an hour! This fast walking step goal workout will raise your heart rate and get those calories burning. 30 seconds of fast walking followed by 45 seconds of cardio and strength training intervals to get a really good workout and achieve that step goal!
Remember to always take the moves at your own pace, I recorded the steps using my apple watch. Steps can vary depending on so many factors, each person, each device etc. This is a great challenge, enjoy!
