This practice is the perfect preparation for Eagle Pose without having a traditional class format. You will focus on opening and stabilizing the outer hips and shoulders as well as the core for this standing balancing posture. There will be options for all levels so please choose what serves your body and practice. There is no Savasana at the end so add in whatever you’d like.
