Welcome to Part 2 of the Elemental Yin Yoga Series: The Fire Element
This 60 minute Yin Yoga class is centered around the Fire Element, connected to the heart and small intestine meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In this practice we will gently open the chest, shoulders and upper back- areas where we often hold stress, tension and emotional armor.
The Fire Element is all about passion, presence, love, and emotional clarity- and this class is designed to support all of that, without overwhelming the nervous system.
Suitable for all levels, props are optional.
Includes a brief Yoga Nidra during Savasana.
Perfect for summer or anytime you're working with heart energy.
