Welcome to this deeply nourishing 90-minute Yin Yoga practice designed to bring your body, mind, and energy into balance by journeying through the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Earth, Wood, Fire, Metal, and Water.
In this all-levels class, we’ll explore 2 grounding, spacious Yin poses for each element, each held for about 4 minutes, with gentle somatic movement and counter-stretches woven in throughout the practice. You’ll be guided with supportive cueing, breath awareness, affirmations, and optional modifications.
