Welcome to your 50 minute Nervous System Reset Yin Yoga Class.
This gentle, all levels friendly practice is designed to support deep release, calm overstimulation, and guide your body and mind back into a state of rest and regulation.
Whether you're feeling frazzled, tense, burned out, or just need a quiet moment to yourself- this class meets you where you are.
We'll move slowly through poses that nourish the vagus nerve, release stored tension, and support the parasympathetic nervous system (your rest-and-digest state). You'll find a balance of grounded shapes and gentle openings- with one spacious rebound to integrate the effects of your practice.
No props required (but feel free to grab a pillow, or blanket for comfort). I'll offer modifications and options throughout so you can listen to your body and soften into what feels right today.
