Calling all high school science teachers! Here at Mount Mary University we've created a video series with some of our favorite Food Science experiments that you can easily replicate in your own classrooms.
Through this experiment, students will gain a better understanding of the protein gluten and how its presence or lack thereof impacts the properties of dough.
