🔥 16 min Abs Workout — Obliques, Pyramids (Level 4, With Weights) 🔥
Hi everyone! 👋
Today we’re doing a 16-minute “Pyramids” workout focused on the obliques — designed to sculpt your waist, challenge your core, and build strength and endurance all in one!
🧱 Workout Format:
9 different exercises
60 seconds of work per exercise
30 seconds of rest between each
This “Pyramids” structure mixes long bodyweight sets with shorter weighted segments to help you lean out and define your waistline while building true oblique strength.
🧘♀️ What You’ll Need:
✔️ A yoga mat
✔️ Ankle weights (optional but recommended)
I personally use 1 kg ankle weights to start, and sometimes increase to 2 kg later in the circuit — feel free to adjust based on your level and how you're feeling today.
🔄 Pyramid Tip:
We alternate longer no-weight sets with shorter weighted sets — a smart combo for toning and intensity in a single session.
