Keto Bread (Low-Carb & Gluten-Free)
This keto loaf is soft, slightly nutty, and perfect for sandwiches or toast.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
¼ cup ground flaxseed meal
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
6 large eggs
¼ cup melted butter (or coconut oil)
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Optional Add-Ins:
Line the bottom of your Dutch oven or baking pan with parchment paper
Lightly grease the parchment with butter or coconut oil.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, flaxseed, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, heavy cream, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Combine
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients while mixing.
5. Pour into baking pan
Smooth the top with wet hands.
6.Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
